I am planning to buy a new laptop for programming purposes and I am considering the Intel Evo Laptop. I have heard good things about it, but I wanted to know from the community if it is a good choice for programming.

I have gone through some reviews and articles about the Intel Evo Laptop, and it seems to be a powerful machine with 12th Gen Intel Core processors and Intel Iris Xe graphics. However, I am not sure if it is suitable for programming.

I have also read a preliminary head-to-head comparison between Intel Evo and Apple M1, but it did not specifically mention programming2. I found a forum post on Dell's website where someone asked if the Intel Evo is good for gaming, and the response was positive.
I would appreciate it if anyone who has used the Intel Evo Laptop for programming could share their experience. Also, if anyone knows of any specific features or drawbacks of the Intel Evo Laptop for programming, please let me know.
