When applying for a company credit card, you must provide the same information as you would for a personal credit card. Among other things, the application will request your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

You must also submit several documentation specific to your company, such as the following:

Name of the company
Commercial establishment
Years in business Annual revenue
Estimated monthly spending with the card
You must also supply your tax identification number (TIN). This could be your company's EIN if it is incorporated, or your Social Security number if you are a sole proprietor or an LLC with only one member.
